Yea he did. Funny too. That moron jimmy carter let Cuba send over 100,000 people as part of some immagration pact. The intention was that Castro would send over the wealthy, rich, successful businessmen and people who help build the USA and who deserved a chance to make it in the USA. Lol..so castro said ok, he you go, and he emptied out his insane asylums and prisons of the worst people, and didn't let anyone of value leave. He fkd the usa. Castro was a badass *beep* though, the way he over threw Bautista, pure stones. He turned out to be a terrible leader though.
