Was Skull man following Tony as of the car outside hotel? Someone in work told me that you see him in backgrounds at that point! Over the years I think I've see scarface maybe 6-7 times and never ever seen this... Am I missing something? Or is ex co worker a bloody liar? Lol

As of bomb scene outside hotel you can start seeing skull man in backgrounds from here on in... Apparently, according to my co worker... But I've never seen him at all apart from at Sosas and at the end... So I think he's talking *beep*
