Tony waltzes into Frank's place with a gun and threatens Frank, who is soon begging for his life and offering $10M. Why? Guy with machine gun is standing there, not protecting him. I admit I'm crap at understanding plot machinations in crime films, so please - what's going on here?

shareTony had a key to the car dealership. He went there alot. At that point though, frank assumed tony had been killed. I have no idea why frank didn't try to have Manny shot ...and why tony didnt warn manny that he just avoided an assassination attempt and to watch his back. And why didn't earnie protect frank?? Earnie was Frank's body guard and didnt do *beep* when frank asked for help from him and Mel.
