How old were you when you first saw this film?
I was about 11 or 12, saw it on tape at home- one of those movies that I "liked" but kinda forgot about, then saw it years later and a lot more made sense, LOL!

shareIt looks like I might be the second oldest person to answer this question (at least so far as of Oct. 15, 2015). I was born in 1953 and I saw the movie when it was first released in theaters in 1983 so I was 30 the first time I saw it. I have seen it many times since then and it remains one of my favorite comedies of all time. By the way, Christie Brinkley is about three months younger than me, she and I were born the same year.
shareI was 14 in 1983.
shareI remember seeing it on VHS tape as soon as it was released in the video store in 1984, I was 11. I wish I could have seen it the year before in the theatre to hear the audience react to the situations as they presented themselves, I do remember the previews promoting the movie on television in 1983.
