Just curious
Was wondering if people from outside the US find this movie funny. Or just silly.

I think this is the funniest movie ever made, but I'm an American.
"The end of the shoelace is called the...IT DOESN'T MATTER!"
I doubt that many Europeans can really relate to everything in this movie. Most of which being the length of time it takes to drive cross-country, and of course everything that entails. I just read something online today regarding the differences between Americans and people from Europe, in that Europeans think driving just 100 miles is a long trip, while that distance is nothing for Americans.
Most of us here in the US can relate to all the rinky-dink small towns along the way, and the out of the ordinary small town attractions and restaurants. I doubt it's the same in Europe.
