RIP Bill Weston(Menno)

Bill Weston did alot of stunts. Just looked recently to see that he passed away last year. Had no idea til i looked recently. Really didn't get to know his character in Krull. However he is still a part of the film. Bill Weston(Menno) was one of the bandits. You see him come out with a sword when Colwyn and the troup enter Torquil's cavern. He is the 2nd bandit to die in the film, the one who sunk in the quicksand.

Aw shame. He must have been in his 60's or so? There's a lot of fairly gruesome deaths in Krull, Menno's being one of the worst I think

As a kid the quicksand scene used to upset me lol. Not the fact that he went under but the fact that his hand comes back up and then goes under again and he's gone.
