Ken Marshall

I'm surprised he was never given any other leading roles. As a kid I was always impressed with him.

Marshall was pretty vanilla, but his energy and complete lack of guile served him well in Krull IMO. Had it been a bigger hit, I'm sure he would've eeked out a career as a B-movie leading man in genre films and romantic dramas in the 80s. What surprises me is that he didn't go back to television. The Marco Polo miniseries from '82 (which likely landed him the roll on Krull) was a big hit. I could easily have seen him headlining a genre show along the lines of something like Knight Rider or Automan etc.

He was impressive as the villainous Commander Eddington in Star Trek Deep Space Nine

Deep Space nine was a good gig for him. He was also good as a rapist in The Heat Of The Night. I think he's pretty good actually.
