Ok so who or what studio do you petition to get the Blu ray?

I'm a fan as well but there must be someone we can petition or some studio to consider making a few thousand copies on blu ray. Anyone know?

There's a guy who frequents my DVD NEWS FLASH facebook page, and he tells me he's got a friend who works at Paramount and this friend told him recently that Paramount has remastered the movie and it will get released on DVD & blu-ray at the end of the year. He also thinks, though, they have given it to someone to release. Consensus says it's Olive Films, but that's just a guess.

It would seem like Shout/Scream Factory would be the likely landing spot for this.
