Last time we see him, he's going back down into the water never to be seen again.

Nothing that I know of. He didn't go in the water he was on the ladder and was upset cause the other guy never came back.

What is Jack saying while he's on the ladder? I could only catch a couple statements and I swear one of them said he thought that Fitz-Royce betrayed him and took the camera. It even sounds like he's speaking in a foreign language but I'm not sure.

He tells Fitzroyce to "pull the pin" off the grenade. ;)

Yeah I guess he drowned ? I dunno didn't they say he was going to run out of air? No one seemed to care.

He realizes that his pal (Fitzroyce) is dead and is sobbing over it.

The movie ends pretty soon afterwards, so we don't need to know what happened after that.
