Blue Undegrounds website now has a 2-disc Fire and Ice release listed. It will be limited to 20,000 and include the 2003 feature length documentary "Frazetta: Painting With Fire".

The quote I used in the other thread said "around the end of July." I don't think there's an official release date yet, but right now it looks like July or August.
shareI have a R4 Australian release of the film,but as Blue Undergrounds reputation recedes them so well,i'm sure this one will be superior,already LTD edition with Frazetta's Documentary,it cant fail..I've also heard it will have a DTS soundtrack..EVEN BETTER

Here's a nifty little surprise: Blue Underground is prepping a Fire and Ice: Special Edition DVD for 8/30. That's the 1983 Ralph Bakshi animated film.

I bought an advanced copy of the 2 disk edition from Cinemachine at Comic-Con. One nice thing about the packaging that I don't think many realize is that the dvd has a slip cover with a lenticular cover of the poster. It's pretty neat looking, with a minor 3D effect.
