I saw stuff about this movie on the Internet, and when I finally watched it, I have to say I was disappointed with Nekron's voice. He looks like he should have a deeper richer voice, and not that whole 'sophisicated teen boy' voice. It didn't look like that voice should be coming from him. It's just my opinion, but I'm just curious as to if anyone thought the same thing?
shareI think the voice worked for him. He was one of those people that looked like a twerp, but was actually pretty powerful. I don't think a booming voice would have worked for Nekron.

I have to agree with you about the voice. It was okay, but... he needed something a LOT deeper and sexier. More COMMANDING. His character just oozed sexy, to me - I fell in love with him the minute I saw him (has it been 20 years already?). If they were re-doing this movie, and I was called on to choose a voice actor for him, it would be no contest - only Alan Rickman could do MY mental picture of Nekron justice.
A Remake from this movie could be very great, but if anybody do it, they can't break the atmospheric elaboration of the movie and how it was done.
My favorite voice is Darkwolf SO FAR. They can't chance that voice...they simply CAN'T.
In 3d could be impressive, but maybe the atmospheric elaboration will drop...who knows...
