DVD - Terrible Resolution - Pirate Copy?

I got the special edition version of the film (with the holo cover) but I have to say it was the most terrible low resolution transfer of any film I've ever seen. Both on TV and PC it looks all jaggy and low res. Everything else on the DVD is fine. Is it like this on all copies or have I fallen foul of Pirates that put alot of effort into making the packaging exactly right but getting the important bit wrong?

Sounds as if you got a pirated copy. While Blue Underground hasn't remastered it to the standard of a Disney DVD, the quality of the film itself is pretty exceptional from a no-name company. The "making of" special is obviously taken from a videotape, and the quality's low on that, but the film looks great.

If you've got the hologram cover it should be genuine.
