Special Features DVD?

I was just curious as to whether the second disc in the Blue Underground set is only special features. I am looking to rent "Fire & Ice" from Blockbuster Online and don't really care about the extras, I only want to see the movie. So should I only get the first disc?
I'd appreciate any help.

Appreciate the advice... Now I get to look forward to sitting through an hour and a half of "Xtro 2"... why do I do this to myself again?
