I have it; the one I have is part of a compilation CD that is half AMITYVILLE 3D and half FLASH GORDON (1980), both orchestral scores composed by Howard Blake. There are about 8 or 9 ques from AMITYVILLE 3D on it (I think; I don't have it out next to me at the moment).

It's the only soundtrack version of this film that I've ever seen (or even know that exists).

It is one of those "Not For Sale/Composer Promotional" CDS; I found it at a specialty store and couldn't believe it. I snatched it up and have never seen another.

And yes, it's the actual soundtrack score used in the movie
(unlike that recent CD release of Lalo Schifrin's AMITYVILLE HORROR; it was not the original 1979 soundtrack score for the film; it was a re-done, re-recorded version he did with some foreign orchestra a few years back or something; I still have it but it was a bit of a disappointment to me).

The LP release is definitley better. The vocals are like the film, so they shoud've just re-issued it.
