I'll be glad to tell you:

1. After the Lutz family abandoned the house, they moved to California and decided to start over. Years later, George and Kathy eventually got divorced but kept close after. Years later, Kathy got some kind of diesese, and was confined to a wheelchair. In August 2004, Kathy died at age 59. On May 8, 2006, George died. And no one knows where their kids are.

2. Yes, another family has lived in the house for many years. And they said the only disturbing thing that's happened to them is *beep* knocking on their door, asking if they can come in. But, it's possible the house really was haunted, because I believe it's true.

3. The others.

The second one is a prequel with the DeFeos, but has added supernatural things.

The third one is a total piece of *beep*

The fourth one took the series in a whole new direction. In the fourth, the evil escapes the house and goes into an ugly looking lamp that is sent to a house in California.

The fifth one was pretty good. It has a new house in Amityville, that 12 years earlier, was a rectory that a priest was murdered in. Now, 12 years later, five friends buy it, and are plauged by horrible things. It turns out, the confession booth the priest was murdered in is in the basement. As the five of them soon learn, one of them is the killer.

The sixth used the plot of the fourth, this time, a clock from the house is sent to a suburban California neighborhood, but, like the lamp, it's possessed.
The clock was made by a fifteenth century french man, who ate students in his class to be immortal. In my opinion, this one is the only one to have a satisfying ending.

The seventh is the same plot of 4 and 6. A young photographer (Keyes) is given a mirror by a homeless man. After taking it back to the artist loft where he lives, his friends who look into the mirror see their deaths, and later, they come true. As Keyes finds out, the homeless man killed his whole family in the Amityville house (based on Ronald DeFeo), and the man is Keyes's father.

The eighth has a new, fresh plot. A family who moves into a new house, finds an old dollhouse in their shed, and they parents give it to their daughter after an accident destroys the bicycle they were gonna give her as a birthday present. However, the dollhouse is a replica of the Amityville house, and all hell breaks loose.

That's it. Hope that helps.
