Robert Joy's character is in both movies, it even shows how Charlie got the scar on his face in Amityville. He was burned by the demon. Weird that Romero would pay a nod to this horrible film.

Yeah man, it's crazy all the movies Romero gave a nod to in Land. This wasn't one I would expect.
