No, she was just saying that she had read of women claiming to have had sex with ghosts and that they claimed it was awesome. And she never ended up having sex with a ghost, at least not in her time in the movie, lol.
(I know this is old but I thought I'd answer it if any new viewers of the board saw it.)
It reminded me of the movie The Entity, only that was a demon and not a ghost.
