Some questions about Amityville 3-D (spoilers)

Did something happen in the kitchen after the couple's daughter drowned. After John woke up from his nightmare, he walks into the kitchen to see his ex (still in shock) ironing the dead daughter' clothes. The place looked like a wreck. Do you suppose something supernatural happened in there and didn't make it on screen (edited). John asks "what happened" indicating that something happened in the kitchen to make it look like a wreck. It actually reminded me of events in the second film, where objects would suddenly fly across the room, leaving a mess.

Also, what can you make of the house exploding. Were the demons of the house fed up with people living there and disturbing their land, or, did the demons really rise up to reclaim their land.

FInally, why was the Amityville house haunted and what was it haunted by? Was it an indian graveyard where the spirits were upset that a house was built there? If so, why would that make the spirits evil? Or was it that combined with devil worship etc that has taken place there that attracted negative energy.

That stuff about Jeremiah is in the remake, it's an embellishment of the story told in the original book and movie.

none of that is true. there is no solid evidence of it, though there was a john ketcham, but no connection of him ever torturing american indians or being a reverend. that was just bullsh!t made up for the horrible 05 remake
