Didn't Nickerson reconize Bosco's gang?

He saw them quite a bit.They were at the school rally and Bosco spoke there.

Why didn't Nickerson report them to the police?

Well, if you had a young, naive high school kid on one hand or a bruising, drunkard, town bad-ass with 3-4 sidekicks on the other hand, who are you going to take out your anger on?

Since the coach wanted to say alive and not beat up, there was one logical person to pick on.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

I'd have to watch that scene again but from what I remember, by the time Nickerson came to the door, the were already practically in their cars so there's no way he could have made out who it was. He only saw Stef because he'd been left behind and had to try to make a dash in the open for the cars before they drove off.
