GermanTranslation Needed (for my favorite scene)

I am watching this series for the first time (at 50 yrs old, I might add). I am a huge Robert Mitchum fan, BTW.

On Disk 2, during the last 2 Minutes of Chapter 10 total Title Elapsed Time is 1hr 28min. the Head Waiter is summoned by Pug.

Would someone please translate what the "Head Waiter" says to the "deliberately clumsy, rude and dirty waiter?" Of whom Pug reports, has "Jostled the ladies. [and]His conduct has been swinish."???

Please, I gotta know, the butt chewing he received. I'll probably be disappointed, but maybe there's and inside joke or two in there for people that speak German.

The only word I could recognize in that part was the word "dolt."
