I loved Band of Brothers and currnetly enjoying The Pacific. Will I like "The Winds of War"? Does it have a lot of action scenes?

Band of Brothers is a totally different kind of mini series than Winds of War. There are no a lot of action scenes at all in Winds of War. Most of it is taken up with dialogue, a love story and some positively atrocious acting from Ali MacGraw. It's slow moving at times and poorly edited in places. However, if you love WWII dramas, you should like it. But you have to bear in mind it is nothing like Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers. There aren't many scenes of combat or soldiers shooting up one another.
I actually prefer Winds of War over Band of Brothers, but if you like lots of action, you probably wouldn't agree.
Bummer. I am sucker for action scenes. I am not interested in romance, lots of slow paces, etc. :( Thanks. I will pass then.
