What was Elizabeths power?
Why was she able to save the ship. Did they ever explain this?
shareIt was one of those mysterious, not specific powers. In other words, it gave the writers an excuse to pull magic out of a hat whenever they wanted/needed a story to wrap up quickly and without much of an explaination.

Yes, it's a lovely little Deus Ex Machina they employed, isn't it? Rather than write an actual solution with which to escape the the corner they painted themselves into, they decided that "peace itself" was going to be the cure-all. I give kudos to the rest of that miniseries, but that ending left me unsatisfied.

yeah her whole "magic glow" was really corny and I dont know if she showed any more of her power when she grew older quickly in the regular series
