Does anyone have a complete list of all 50 cities where the 50 ships landed?

I don't think they ever mentioned the whole list, but here are some I know:
1. Los Angeles
2. NYC
3. Washington, DC
4. San Francisco
5. Dallas
6. Chicago
7. New Orleans
8. Cairo
9. London
10. Paris
11. Moscow
12. Tokyo
13. Lenningrad
14. Rome
15. Athens
16. El Salvador
17. Houston
18. Seattle
19. Jerusalem
20. Tel Aviv

I think you just think of major cities in the world and the ships would be there.
