The list is kind of weird. Most of these are characters (and in Omarosa's case, a real person) who just have extremely nasty personalities. What about villains that actually cause death and destruction (like Diana?) or cause major crises and political upheaval (Kai Winn from DS9 - hah! another Louise Fletcher character)?
Diana's nastier than at least half of these characters. And they put on Omarosa and Wilhelmina Slater and left off Alexis from Dynasty?
I don't think I have ever seen a list I agreed with.
Diana fits every definition of a "Female villian you love to hate." Not only is she super evil and heartless, she's sexy as hell. The Wicked Witch at #1? She's more humorous than evil.

MY list would have kept on characters like The Wicked Witch of the West and Nurse Ratched, but also would have included characters like Diana, Kai Winn, Alexis Colby, and Angela Channing. These are women who all actively sought out to destroy others.
There is a big difference between being a true villainess, and just being a mere bitch.
