HOW DID HAM TYLER KNOW THAT DANIEL KILLED RUBY?

When Tyler and company captured Daniel and Brian (with the assistance of Maggy), he started walking towards Daniel and said "You're the one who killed Ruby"! Daniel didn't deny it, he actually admitted and rationalized his action. But my question is, how did Tyler know that Daniel killed Ruby? There was no mention of it before this point, and I have no idea how Tyler (or anyone else in the resistance) would have known that it was Daniel who killed Ruby (as opposed to one of the actual visitors)? Did I miss something?

you're right. two possible explanations.

1. daniel confessed to maggie
2. visitors do not kill a defenceless old woman in cold blood. they would've more than likely arrested her for questioning.

Daniel probably mentioned it to Maggie during another one of their sex scenes. In the novelization, it mentions he told her while he was drunk.
