Animated series based on the original series
They managed to mess up V with the last live action series but what about an animated series set in LA with the original actors doing the voices ? I'm sure they wouldn't mind the work.

The 2009 remake of "V" was total garbage, yes it was far worse than even the worst 1984-5 live action show...
