That list is amazing!

I think I've got one to add to it.

Richard Cox who played Malcolm Burling in "Life of the Party" also appeared as Tony Dinaldo in the episode "Etched in Steele".

cool list. Actually Jane Kaczmarek (one of the wives in the RS episode) played the princess in one of the earlier SAMK episodes where Amanda had messed up her leg. Jennifer Stetson was played by Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me's Nina).

reply

LOL Now that I re-read the list I noticed I had the wrong name for Jennie Stetson.

Thanks for your addition c rock 1

Hi Neeney508. Thanks, this is awesome!! Remington Steele and Scarecrow are my alltime favorite TV shows. I just loved your write up!

reply

Neeney. Thanks! Remington Steele is my alltime favorite TV show (followed closely by Scarecrow and Mrs. King). I love this list. It gives me something new to look for when I'm watching Scarecrows (since I've watched the Remys much more frequently than the Scarecrows).

I know this is a really old thread, but you guys missed a big one! Michael Durrell was Donald Piper, Laura's brother-in-law, in Steele Sweet on You and Suburban Steele, and was bad-guy Blackthorn in SMK 4.3 "Unfinished Business". I liked him better as a dentist. :-)

Thanks for the list! I thought I was going crazy seeing all of the RS actors in SMK, I thought I was the only one.

How could we miss him?!

"IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACKSWING?!!!!"
"My name is D.I. Alex Drake, quite frankly, your guess is as good as mine."

They tie in with A-Team, Simon & Simon, Greatest American Hero, Hunter, & Knight Rider too. I'm a big fan of all the 80's cop type shows.
