apearantly, not if you live in the US or canada. Its a region 2 dvd. BOO HISS. Gonna have to buy the vhs version.
shareI just found a DVD copy of Chiefs at a thrift store here in Canada. It's the one with this cover:

It won't play in my DVD player, but it seems to be playing fine in the DVD drive of my computer. It definitely has the picture quality of VHS though. The sound is reasonably good.
An addendum to the above, is that it won't play in my Sony DVD player, which is supposed to be able to play DVDs with the "All Regions" encoding, but it will play in my parents' Samsung DVD player.
Once again, a Sony product has let me down.
