I would have to agree as well that it is popular to see a womans skirt going up or her blouse being popped open. That is the best part of it.

Even if it is a fetish, I gotta admit I always enjoy seeing some hot chick's skirt blow up and expose the good stuff underneath. A shirt popping open and displaying some breast is likewise very nice.
