is there another movie like this where the charcter had to drink tomatoe juice to keep his powers or am i just talking crazy?

In the sequel "Zapped Again", tha main character finds a batch of prune juice which gives him the powers Scott Baio has in the original. He has to keep drinking the juice otherwise he'll lose the powers.

Yes you are talking about ZAPPED Again which is the sequel to the original ZAPPED movie.
