i actually tracked down a peter vanderpol from the area the tape was from, who was a member of the video store the VHS was once in (good sleuthing, I know) and tried contacting him, but despite seeing my message he ddin't seem keen to discuss his old raunchy comedy collecting days with me haha
I think I saw Zapped! once on HBO late night, and I can't recall too much of it other than name TV talent (supporting actors mostly) were in some kind of teen-sexploitation feature film.
I think there were attempts at juvenile humor, but the life of me I can't remember much of the film.
