SPOLIER!!!!

I was wondering if the book explains the affair between Helen and Michael differntly? Especailly how they meet and how it started? I thought it was a good scene when they first started the affair and had one of my favroite quotes in the movie "Not here, only in your apartment and only if it's clean" I guess she has some standards:-)

The book is MUCH more thorough! Her specifications for what she will and won't do are very thought-out...she also makes him buy a car!

its only fired up, after Garp cheats with the babysitter,

and her recollection of Garp and poo's sister.

"It only reminds me why I am doing this".....
