The genre list says Comedy/Drama/Romance/Sport. I would say that just because one of the main characters is a former football star that does not make it a sports film. If you're reading this and the genre list does not say sport that would mean they've edited it as IMDb edit genre lists frequently, as of this moment it does say sport, which has nothing to do with what the movie's about.

"Sport" appearing in the list of genre categories is merely a guideline of what you can expect to find in the movie. It's not to be taken as an all-encompassing definition of the movie.
Uh, if I see a movie categorized as a "sports" movie, I expect something along the lines of Hoosiers. As would most people.
In other words, genre descriptions are most certainly meant to be all-encompassing descriptors, and they are almost always taken as such. Thus, describing this as a sports movie is ridiculously misleading, because although this movie's got one major, actually-sports-movie-esque wrestling scene in it (and one or two other ultra-minor ones), they do not define or classify the theme/general ideas behind the story.
So next time, don't confuse the issue via silly rationalization. It's not a sports movie, and it shouldn't be classified as such. Period, end of argument.
