I got called away towards the end of the movie and when I came back Toddy was singing as Victoria??? What did I miss?

Pretty much the WHOLE conclusion and solution to the plot. Better see the entire movie again, believe me it's worth it.

I agree with you- better to watch it all again than to read it being described. It's the whole resolution to the movie!
