I'm watching a 1980 episode of the show and this film's wardrobe & make-up people for 'Tootsie' stole the red dress and hairstyle seen in the poster from "Color Jennifer Dead" , original airdate January 8th 1980 (Season 1, Episode 12). In the very first scene Jennifer is posing in the dress for a painting of herself that's a gift for Jonathan. The only difference is she's not wearing glasses and the sleeves ion Jennifer's dress are flared under the arm.
