Why did Sandy scream when Michael told her that he was in love with another woman and when he revealed that he was Tootsie on TV?

The first one was she was angry because she thought Michael loved her. The second time, she was shocked because she didn't expect to see Michael, or a man, in that role.

And probably because she still felt it should have been her role to begin with.
