It surprised me when I first learned this. On rewatching it last night again, I nearly thought I'd misremembered that it was a Man. It was the natural breast development and the slim/feminine frame that made me second guess.
Turns out the actor took female hormones from the age of 21. That explains the breast growth, though he's also fortunate to have a naturally slender frame. They pass for a Woman very well.
