This is a good and a unique film w\an ensemble cast and quite memorable soundtrack;

-this works as an existential film and i've always thought of Cassavettes as an existential actor:one who is in the "moment"

The locales are perfect,and all in all,this is an under-rated film...

KUDOS to Mazursky and Co.

I saw this film on HBO many years ago, and have been looking forward to seeing it again. I remember it being a very high quality film, and makign the Shakespearean tradition accesible to main audiences.

It took forever for it to make it onto DVD, but it is now available. A truly underrated classic from the 1980s.
