Once and for all extended cut

I have been looking all over e-bay for the so called extended R cut but the e-bay listings can be very misleading and impossible to get your money back if you don't get what you wanted. Can someone please provide more info about this version? Maybe a UPC number and more details such as length, etc would be great.
