One of the best animated films I've seen
Without question Don Bluth's best work. I think the nostalgia critic said it best when he stated this film is a three way battle between science, nature and the unknown. It truly is and it's brilliant. It's not perfect, but it's a strong film that shows the battle and treats it's audience as, not just as kids, but also adults.
