When Mrs. Brixby gets captured by that kid, did Justin say "damn"? Cause that's what I heard.

Yes he did. I don't know if its true but Jeremy says "You son of a b*tch" when the kids tie him up. Its really muffled and hard to hear. I heard that the swearing was added to make it rated PG (it clearly didn't work).

I thought Justin's "DAMN!" made the whole situation more dramatic and believable.
