I don't think American Pie touched on racism.

Neither did Porky's. It touched on anti-semitism. Jews are a religion, not a race.

People get that mistaken.

The second one did touch on racism against Natives. The third though finally decided to drop it and just be a sex comedy.

I just watched the second American Pie. And I didn't see any racism, I guess if you want to, you can read almost anything into a movie.
