He was the older cop who tried to tell Alex Karras' character to go shove it up his something but Porky ended up covering his mouth
shareI think you're thinking of the character with the shotgun arguing with Porky and Alex's character Sheriff Wallace near the end. He is Ted Jarvis, played by Art Hindle. Ted is Mickey's older brother.
Art was also in the original Black Christmas, the 1970's remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, and The Brood.

Alex Karras, who would later star with his wife Susan Clark (Cherry Forever) in the TV series Webster. He is also known as Mongo in Blazing Saddles and appeared as Squash in Victor/Victoria, which came out the same year as Porky's.
