My favourite quote is when Chuck (Henry Winkler) turns up for work and Leonhard is watching and laughing at "The Flinstones", then he gets up and says
"Barney Rubble, what an actor"

I realize this one was already mentioned, but in order to do it true justice, it needs the preceding lines to really set it up:
SCENE: "Chuck" (the Henry Winkler character) is having second thoughts about the new love brokers business he and partner "Bill" (the Michael Keaton character) have set-up, and mentions his reservations late one night, while "working" at the morgue:
BILL: So, what's the matter?
CHUCK: Ever since we've started this, I have been ill. I have headaches......stomachaches.......I get the chills.......my gums are bleeding......and my hair keeps falling out into the sink!!
BILL: So?
CHUCK: Bill, let me try to explain this to you.........as we sit here and idly chat, there are women, female human beings, rolling around in strange beds with strange men, and WE are making money from that!!!
BILL: Is this a great country, or what?????
Something about the look on Michael Keaton's face, and the timing of his delivery on that particular line that is just so utterly, absolutely, priceless!!!
And just one great example of a truly brilliant performance in this very funny, and hugely underrated, movie!
Chuck in jail imitating Bill: come on, we have to be pimps, lets be pimps
Bill: well we couldn't be doctors!
<at the Paradise Club pool, demanding a towel>
Client: I'm not getting outta this tub naked! Not with all these parrots around!
the thing is, most of the lines are bill's and they're ok lines, but the way keaton delivers them is hysterical. i could hear his voice in my head saying the lines as i read them here, and he just makes them so funny. "You two guys?" is not funny as a line, but when he says it - comedy gold.

It was very funny to me when Chuck told off Bill and ended it by saying "feeding mayonnaise to tuna fish!" HAAAAAA! Really made Bill's inventions appear idiotic.
