This is a Italian knock off of Silent Rage in my opinion.

That is an interesting opinion, because according to IMDB, Absurd opened in 1981, while Silent Rage opened in 1982.

How was a movie influenced by another movie that was released the same month and year? Please enlighten us.

This movie isn't great, but it's not the worst thing ever. Someone else said that just about every movie has a "worst movie ever!" thread so it's kind of pointless to even mention it now. I pretty much agree.
I love it when people criticize movies they don't like as the worst thing they've ever seen...apparently you haven't seen a whole if this is your criteria for being the worst. If I sat here and thought about it I could derive some redeeming quality from the film. I've watched a lot of big budget and low budget productions in thirty years and in my opinion the worst movies are the ones so bad in every aspect of production value there isn't anything to atone for any otherwise waste of film. I'm talking about movies with poor scripts, bad acting, crappy directing, laughable special/visual effects, cheesy musical scoring, incomplete or inconsistent plot, etc.
My votes for worst movies to date are:
(1) Flesh for the Beast (WTF?!?!?)
(2) Bleed (beyond description - in a very bad way...you have to see it to believe it. Watch at your own risk.)
(3) Bloody Murder (absolute horrendous Friday the 13th ripoff with a seemingly $300 budget)
Yet, no matter how much someone dislikes a particular movie thinking it's terrible there's always at least one person who enjoys it.
Let's see some more candidates for some truly bad movies.
Yeah, it was pretty bad! I won't say the worst I've seen, but I probably won't watch this again unless I'm with a group of friends and I lose in a consensus whether or not to watch this.

Thanks for the tip on the YouTube channel "sndn2".
I just assumed you discovered channel "80shorrormovies" on YouTube. There are at least a few other IMDbers who have discovered these channels on YouTube and are hitting the same message boards. Much the same way as owners of "The Ultimate Film Noir Collection" box set hit the same movie message boards of those films.
Seeing other IMDb community members checking out the same films and movie sources, keeps me focused and determined to sit through many of these, frankly, mind numbingly bad films. So, it's all good !

I´m sorry, but you are all wrong! The three worst movies ever all derives from one director, Martin Munthe.
1. Stinger (2.3/10) I would rather be gang-raped than sit through this again.
2. Camp Slaughter (1.9/10) You must repeat this through the whole movie; It's only a movie, it's only a movie...
3. Hjärta av Sten (2/10) There are no words to describe this pile of dung.
It isn't good I agree
