Sound Track

I love this movie and the sound track is great for my generation; I'm 76. All the old goodies from the late 30's. Great movie. Thought I'd seen it before, but hadn't. Hope there's a CD available.

Hi, I love the soundtrack and think it's great for my generation (I'm 30!)

There was a cd available a few years ago; it's probably still around now. Sadly, it doesn't have Diana Rigg singing "You're the Top," but all the other music is on there.

I got the CD from Amazon a couple of years ago--I wish they played more full versions of songs (almost every track is a pastiche, which is how the music was used in the film). My favorite one, and maybe the only full piece, is the march version of "Begin the Beguine" (from the scene when Poirot times the run from one side of the island to the other).

Before CDs became huge, I bought a vinyl soundtrack that DID have full versions ... but they were original recordings by Artie Shaw, David Rose, Tommy Dorsey, etc. NOT what I actually wanted, but it was the start of a love for that music that I have to this day.
