I think the solution was, that they needed to arrange the way of murders with the letters of the boats name. sorry for my bad english.

Sorry, but this is definitely not the film you're describing - i have seen this film many times. the film does end with the murderers being transported on a boat from the bay but no pictures are taken, and there are no letters on the boat.
i can't think of which film you may be talking about - i even searched on the Internet to find it (what you have described doesn't sound familiar at all!)
The plot, however, does sound very interesting and the solution clever - I am really into murder mystery films so i wouldn't really mind watching it if you find out what film it is.
I'm fairly certain, though I haven't seen it yet, that the OP is talking about the 1973 film The Last Of Sheila.
