I think Reeve would win even with his hands cuffed.
shareWell, in a fair fight, yes, Reeve, even handcuffed, might win. But not with the chain tightened around his neck, choking him. (Kind of like a dog on a chokechain). Caine had the element of surprise, and was able to use it to his advantage.
