Why was there so much sexual innuendo between Rooster and Miss Hannigan?

They were brother and sister in this movie and during Easy Street, they acted like they were dating! What the hell? Really unsettling!

Drake is repetitive. He just raps the same thing over and over as if he is in an insane asylum!LOL:D

Hannigan hasn't had sex obviously in a long time. She is desperate. Perhaps she is jealous of Rooster having a relationship while she babysits brats and is rejected by every man on earth.

I've seen this movie a bazillion times and never noticed any such thing. What specifically are you referring to?
