How did she find out about the "relationship" between Sonny and Patricia?

It wasn't just an overly "affectionate hug", he was straight up feeling her up, and she was letting him. What the hell was wrong with that girl?

Patricia looked like she was scared to death when Sonny leaned in to hug her, so I think that raised some red flags. Then while the hug was happening he rubbed his hand down her back and came close to touching her butt so Dolores put 2 and 2 together and knew what was going on.
